Windows XP Administrator Password Finder

Windows XP Administrator Password Finder is a great tool that reveals the administrator password of the XP....
it doesnt matter that you are restricted user or not....
It just takes 2 seconds to find password...
Also options available to create bootable floppy or CD that will tell you the password without logging in to the system by booting from Floppy or CD.....

Can anyone recommend the top performing Patch Management tool for a small IT service company like mine? Does anyone use Kaseya.com or GFI.com? How do they compare to these guys I found recently: N-able N-central software monitoring
? What is your best take in cost vs performance among those three? I need a good advice please... Thanks in advance!
